We came across Pullen by chance, after viewing a property in another village marketed by a different agent and which we were not 100% sure was for us, we began our usual scrolling through a property search engine. They suggested a currency broker for deposit and balance payments (we have continued to use the broker), arranged appointment and accompanied to insurance office, got us an English speaking Notaire, accompanied and guided us through both signings. Chitra even took me to the bank to open an account weeks after our house completion. It is a huge advantage that they are fluent in the French language and have a vast knowledge of the area especially around the Canal du Midi. We are absolutely delighted with our house and have begun major renovations (never done this before) but know that if we need to source materials or Artisan services we can rely on help and advice being readily available from Richard and Chitra. “In a time period of almost a year, we have visited over 40 houses. But we didn’t meet a real estate agent like Richard. He was for sure the only one who made sure we took our time while visiting the house and knew a great deal about the property. He understood that it’s isn’t a loaf of bread you’re buying and he made sure we were well informed. We have been put in contact with Céline, who help us with getting electrics, water, insurances and helps during the renovation process with finding the right contacts and all the formal documents. Furthermore, they managed to find us a really great and reliable builder for the renovation process of the house. Plus they’ve managed to find us a temporary house just around the corner from our new house, which we could rent during the first months of the renovation project.
